A highly motivated professional having spent approximately 35 years in the accounting field, 26 of these years have been in public accounting in Ontario.

He was also working in the accounting department of a big insurance company for about 8 years.

Seemant was involved in starting and developing a chain of seven stores in the one-hour photography business and successfully ran them for 10 years all through Saskatchewan and Alberta.

Seemant services on the membership committee of the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario and currently sits on memberships committee of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.

In his capacity as a licensed public accountant in Ontario Seemant has performed various audits and reviews of clients in the real estate, not-for-profit and for-profit sectors.

He is also very involved in securing financing at all levels for his clients and in arranging for research and development grants from the CRA.

Seemant has a young family with two children in postgraduate studies.

A dedicated accounting professional in Ontario in the area of public accounting for the past 48 years, starting a career in public accounting as a student with Touch Ross – Chartered Accountants in Toronto in 1970. 

Member of the Practice Inspection Committee of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. 

 Jang was one of the 10 CGA’s in all of Ontario who received the public practice license when the legislation changed in 2011.   

Jang was the sole practice inspector for the Certified General Accountants of Ontario for inspecting the practices of other Licensed Certify General Accountants and was also the auditor of the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario for six years.   

Also the chairman of the audit Committee and a member of the board of directors of a Swiss Bank, and in this capacity have earned very valuable experience on matters relating to approving the audit plans, to appointment of auditors, to approval and presentation of Financial Statements. 

Founding Director of a community based organization dedicated towards building a house of worship and a senior’s home in Western part of GTA. This foundation has raised over $5,500,000 in the past 6 years from like minded donors and by conducting various charitable events.  

The experience in Public Practice in Toronto/Mississauga, has uniquely helped in identifying and resolving client issues with a sense of professional skepticism and maturity which is very much appreciated by clients and peers alike.

Parminder has been in public practice for 19 years, the last 10 as a senior manager with Ent LLP.

As an integral part of the firm’s team, Parminder strives to help owner-managed businesses and families minimize their overall tax burden and mitigate compliance risks.

He has helped 1,000 plus clients in the preparation and presentation of financial statements and assurance as per client needs.

Parminder liaisons well with clients and team members alike and his insight and advice is appreciated by all.

In his spare time, Parminder enjoys watching and playing sports. He is happily married with two children attending university.
